As The Mentor Method Founder and CEO, she became one of the first 100 Black women in the United States to raise over a million dollars in seed funding for a tech startup, which is such a huge honor and that needs to change. For her accomplishments, she has been named one of the Entrepreneur Magazine‘s 100 Women of Influence. She created The Mentor Method, an enterprise software that transforms company culture through mentorship.
